We have investigated the characteristics of radiated electromagnetic (EM) waves from positive and negative partial discharges (PD) in epoxy resin and cross‐linked polyethylene. We found that there is a correlation among the EM level from PD, the positive PD current, and electrical trees. Therefore, the growth of an electrical tree produces a lot of positive PD. We have also investigated the characteristics of the frequency region of EM waves from PD in air, insulating oil, and liquid epoxy in addition to the above insulators. EM waves were detected in the frequency region of 40 MHz to 300 MHz from positive and negative PD in epoxy resin and cross‐linked polyethylene. EM waves were also detected in the frequency region of 40 MHz to 150 MHz from positive and negative PD in air. In the case of insulating oil and liquid epoxy, EM waves were detected in the frequency regions of 40 MHz to 150 MHz from positive PD, and 40 MHz to 250 MHz from negative PD. The frequency region differed depending on the material and the discharge polarity. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the most popular insulating material for electric wiring instruments. However, an exothermic reaction above 150 °C may cause deterioration of the insulating properties of PVC. Therefore, it is important to clarify the heat degradation in PVC, not only to investigate the ignition of electrical wiring products but also to use electrical products safely. It is known that ultraviolet (UV) irradiation causes chemical deterioration of PVC and an increase in its conductivity. Generally, it has been thought that the electrical breakdown properties, electrical conduction, and insulating performance are affected by space charge accumulation in an insulating material. A high temperature pulsed electroacoustic (PEA) system usable up to 250 °C has been developed, and the PEA system can measure the space charge distribution and conduction current in the high temperature range simultaneously. In this investigation, the space charge distribution and conduction current were measured up to electrical breakdown in a non‐UV irradiated sample (normal PVC) and in 353 nm and 253 nm UV‐irradiated PVC samples in the range from room temperature to 200 °C in a DC electric field. In the short wavelength UV irradiated PVC sample (253 nm, 300 h), a deterioration of breakdown strength at 90 °C to 150 °C and negative packet‐like charges were observed at 60 °C and 100 °C, a positive charge accumulated in front of both the anode and cathode above 90 °C, and a higher electric field near the cathode side because the positive charge of the cathode side was greater. 相似文献

This paper deals with the electrical modeling of Lithium-ion Polymer battery, from complementary characterization tests. The first aim of this work is to understand the electrical behavior of this battery through experimentations in the same environmental conditions as the final application’s ones. The second goal of this work is to identify battery models with different precision levels and to implement them in specific models of the considered aircraft electrical network. In this paper, two equivalent electrical circuit models are presented: a quasi-static model, which is functional and sufficient for the electrical energy management in the aircraft; a dynamic model, which is behavioral and necessary for the analysis of the embedded network quality. The identification of their parameters is carried out with adapted characterization tests, such as chronopotentiometry at constant current and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy at different temperatures. The complementarity of these tests is particularly underlined in this paper because it is useful for the parameter identification. The results from model simulation and from experimentation are compared through a mission profile and are analyzed. Eventually, this paper presents complete experimental data for a commercial 4.8 Ah Lithium-ion Polymer battery including the temperature influence. 相似文献

通过高密度电法在广州某地铁线路勘察孤石的探测试验,分析几种不同排列方式及电极距对孤石高密度电法探测效果的影响,同电极距时,偶极装置具较高精度,对浅部不均匀体反映也较灵敏。满足探测深度条件下,缩小电极距时,微分装置相比偶极和温纳装置其探测精度效果更明显。试验表明β和γ装置测量数据的T比值参数法具有较好的探测效果,在实际工作中值得进一步试验推广。 相似文献

Metro shield construction will inevitably cause changes in the stress and strain state of the surrounding soil, resulting in stratum deformation and surface settlement (SS), which will seriously endanger the safety of nearby buildings, roads and underground pipe networks. Therefore, in the design and construction stage, optimizing the shield construction parameters (SCP) is the key to reducing the SS rate and increasing the safe driving speed (DS). However, optimization of existing SCP are challenged by the need to construct a unified multiobjective model for optimization that are efficient, convenient, and widely applicable. This paper innovatively proposes a hybrid intelligence framework that combines random forest (RF) and non-dominant classification genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II), which overcomes the shortcomings of time-consuming and high cost for the establishment and verification of traditional prediction models. First, RF is used to rank the importance of 10 influencing factors, and the nonlinear mapping relationship between the main SCP and the two objectives is constructed as the fitness function of the NSGA-II algorithm. Second, a multiobjective optimization framework for RF-NSGA-II is established, based on which the optimal Pareto front is calculated, and reasonable optimized control ranges for the SCP are obtained. Finally, a case study in the Wuhan Rail Transit Line 6 project is examined. The results show that the SS is reduced by 12.5% and the DS is increased by 2.5% with the proposed framework. Meanwhile, the prediction results are compared with the back-propagation neural network (BPNN), support vector machine (SVM), and gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT). The findings indicate that the RF-NSGA-II framework can not only meet the requirements of SS and DS calculation, but also used as a support tool for real-time optimization and control of SCP. 相似文献

Adhesively bonded joints have been extensively employed in the aeronautical and automotive industries to join thin-layer materials for developing lightweight components. To strengthen the structural integrity of joints, it is critical to estimate and improve joint failure loads effectually. To accomplish the aforementioned purpose, this paper presents a novel deep neural network (DNN) model-enabled approach, and a single lap joint (SLJ) design is used to support research development and validation. The approach is innovative in the following aspects: (i) the DNN model is reinforced with a transfer learning (TL) mechanism to realise an adaptive prediction on a new SLJ design, and the requirement to re-create new training samples and re-train the DNN model from scratch for the design can be alleviated; (ii) a fruit fly optimisation (FFO) algorithm featured with the parallel computing capability is incorporated into the approach to efficiently optimise joint parameters based on joint failure load predictions. Case studies were developed to validate the effectiveness of the approach. Experimental results demonstrate that, with this approach, the number of datasets and the computational time required to re-train the DNN model for a new SLJ design were significantly reduced by 92.00% and 99.57% respectively, and the joint failure load was substantially increased by 9.96%. 相似文献

In this study, the effects of cell temperature and relative humidity on charge transport parameters are numerically analyzed. In order to perform this analysis, three-dimensional and anisotropic numerical models are developed. The numerical models are integrated into the experimental values for anisotropic electrical conductivities, as depending on cell temperature and relative humidity, that were obtained from our previous study. The achieved results indicate that the values of current densities in the in-plane direction increase with increasing cell temperature and relative humidity, while the current densities reach a maximum in the rib regions for both the numerical model at the through-plane direction. The behaviors of electrolyte potentials are similar with changes in the cell temperature and relative humidity. In addition, the cathode electrical potentials in both the in-plane direction and through-plane direction do not change to a considerable amount with increasing cell temperature and relative humidity. 相似文献

Arc erosion behavior of Ag/Ni materials with different operation numbers was investigated by OM, 3DOP and SEM. The results indicated that the arc erosion of Ag/10Ni electrical contact material fabricated by sintering? extrusion technology was more and more serious with the operation numbers increasing from 1000 to 40000. With the same operation numbers, the arc erosion on anode was more serious than that on cathode. Besides, the pores preferred to emerge around the arc effect spot during the first 10000 operations. And the morphology of the molten silver on cathode and anode was different due to the action of gravity and arc erosion. Furthermore, the relationships among arc energy, arc time, welding force, electric resistivity, temperature and mass change on contacts were discussed, which indicated that the mass loss on cathode was mainly caused by the fracture of molten bridge. 相似文献

TiC0.7N0.3-HfC cermet tool materials were fabricated by hot-press sintering. Effects of different metal additives (Ni, Co, Ni-Co and Ni-Mo), sintering temperature and holding time on the microstructures and mechanical properties of TiC0.7N0.3-HfC cermets were investigated. Results showed that Ni-Mo or Ni-Co as metal additives was better for the mechanical properties of TiC0.7N0.3-HfC cermets than only Ni or only Co as the metal additives and Ni-Mo better than Ni-Co. HfC particle dispersion existed in these four cermets and only in the TiC0.7N0.3-HfC-Ni-Mo cermet the core-rim structure obviously existed. TiC0.7N0.3-HfC-Ni-Mo cermet had significantly smaller grains than the other three cermets because Ni-Mo can significantly refine the grain. With the sintering temperature increasing from 1450?°C to 1650?°C, grains grew gradually; Vickers hardness and flexural strength decreased gradually and the fracture toughness increased firstly and then decreased. With the holding time increasing from 15?min to 60?min, grains grew gradually; Vickers hardness, flexural strength and the fracture toughness increased firstly and then decreased. TiC0.7N0.3-HfC-Ni-Mo cermets sintered at 1450?°C with 30?min holding time had the better comprehensive mechanical properties with flexural strength of 1346.41?±?31?MPa, fracture toughness of 8.46?±?0.23?MPa?m1/2 and Vickers hardness of 22.91?±?0.22?GPa. 相似文献

Zirconolite ceramic has been considered as a promising matrix to dispose high-level radioactive waste due to its excellent performance in immobilizing radionuclides. In this work, a series of zirconate solid solutions with stoichiometric Ca1-xLnxZrTi2-xAlxO7 (Ln = La, Nd, Gd, Ho, Yb; x?=?0.1–1) were systematically studied to investigate the radius effect on their phase evolution. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-Ray spectrometry (SEM-EDX) were used to characterize the products. XRD and SEM results show that complete solid solutions of Ln and Al in zirconolite phase for Ca1-xLnxZrTi2-xAlxO7 cannot found. In the Ca1-xLaxZrTi2-xAlxO7 ceramics, single zirconolite phase cannot form, instead of multiple phases, such as zirconolite-2M, zirconia, perovskite and LaTi2Al9O19. In the Nd-Al co-doping ceramics, nearly single zirconolite-2M and zirconolite-3O were found at x?≤?0.6 and 0.8?≤?x?≤?0.9, respectively. The miscibility gap between zirconolite-2M and 3O was found at x?=?0.7. Single zirconolite-2M formed in the Gd-Al, Ho-Al and Yb-Al co-doped ceramics can only be detected in a compositional range of 0.1?≤?x?≤?0.8. Higher incorporation contents in these three series can form an additional phase cubic zirconia which is usually a ceramic waste form for radionuclides. Based on the XRD data, lattice parameters of zirconolite-2M and zirconolite-3O were calculated by Pawley refinement method. The evolution of lattice parameters of zirconolite-2M shows great difference between different lanthanide ions, indicating different substitution mechanisms in the Ln-Al co-doped zirconolite-2M. 相似文献
